Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your orders will be shipped, estimated delivery timeframes by region, applicable shipping fees, and our responsibilities in the event of lost or damaged packages.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Please note: Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Processing time and shipping time are separate and should be added together to estimate your total delivery window.
2. Shipping Regions
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are currently unable to ship to regions subject to international trade sanctions, export restrictions, or embargoes, including countries designated by the United Nations Security Council or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We also do not ship to certain remote or unserviced locations where carrier coverage is unavailable.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
We currently offer Standard Secured Shipping with Insurance to all supported destinations. Shipping is insured, meaning that if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you (see Section 5).
USA & Canada

- Estimated Delivery: 2–4 weeks from dispatch
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Australia & New Zealand
- Service: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance
- Estimated Delivery: 2–4 weeks from dispatch
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
United Kingdom & Europe
- Service: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance
- Estimated Delivery: 2–4 weeks from dispatch
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Rest of World
- Service: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance
- Estimated Delivery: 2–5 weeks from dispatch
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Important: All delivery estimates above apply to in-stock items only. For pre-order or made-to-order items, additional lead time may apply and will be clearly stated on the product page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed — actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
4. Order Fulfillment Time Clarification
To avoid any confusion, here is a clear breakdown of your total estimated delivery window:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (order verification, packing, and dispatch)
- Shipping time: 2–4 weeks for USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK & Europe; 2–5 weeks for all other countries
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: Approximately 3–5 weeks depending on your region
If you have not received your order within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are covered by our Insured Shipping policy. In the event that your package is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost, provided that sufficient proof is submitted.
Lost Package
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, or if the carrier confirms the package as lost, please contact us at support@flareira.com with your order number and tracking information. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation.
Damaged Package
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging
Upon review and verification, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge. We may request the damaged item be returned before processing the replacement.
Please note: We are unable to process lost or damaged claims where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, or where the package was confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the correct address.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.
We are required by law to accurately declare the value and contents of all shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue shipments.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@flareira.com.
