By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Products & Services
Flareira offers fine jewelry and fashion accessories for sale through its online store. All products are subject to availability.
- Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to photography lighting and screen display settings.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
- Bespoke and custom-made items are produced to your specifications and may not be returned unless defective.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices: All prices displayed on the Site are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order weight. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed on the Site.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.
Billing: Payment is collected at the time your order is placed and confirmed. For bespoke orders, a deposit may be required upfront, with the balance due prior to dispatch. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
4. Ordering Process
Placing an Order: To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed through the checkout process, providing accurate shipping and payment information. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful submission.
Contract Formation: A binding contract between you and Flareira is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email, not merely upon receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Order Cancellation by Us: If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Where applicable under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a specified period (commonly 14 days) from the date you receive your order, without providing a reason.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at support@flareira.com before the withdrawal period expires.
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, sealed goods that have been opened, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings, where applicable by local law).
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days.
6. Complaints & Warranties
How to Submit a Complaint: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience any issue, please contact us at support@flareira.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Consumer Rights — Defective or Non-Conforming Goods: If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or does not conform to its description, you are entitled to one of the following remedies, at our discretion:
- Repair — We will repair the defective item at no cost to you.
- Replacement — We will replace the item with an equivalent product.
- Refund — Where repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, we will issue a full or partial refund.
Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 2 days of receipt. We may request the item be returned for inspection before processing a remedy.
Warranty: All Flareira products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
7. User Obligations
By using the Site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to Flareira or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flareira's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or internet outages. In such events, we will notify you as soon as practicable and make reasonable efforts to fulfill our obligations.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. As Flareira is headquartered in Hong Kong and primarily operates from this jurisdiction, Hong Kong law applies to all transactions and disputes arising from use of this Site.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@flareira.com to resolve any dispute amicably. We are committed to working with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to mediation or arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described therein.
12. Geographic Restrictions
Flareira does not offer products or services to individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to international trade sanctions, export controls, or embargoes, including but not limited to countries designated by the United Nations Security Council, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or equivalent regulatory bodies. By placing an order, you represent that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any such restricted territory. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we reasonably believe violates this restriction.
